The main objective of the state government to start the Jharkhand Jharseva portal is that all the citizens of the state can get different types of services and their information from a single portal and can also process the application from a single portal. The Jharkhand government has started the Jharseva online portal to save time and provide better services to the citizens. • झारखंड झारसेवा पोर्टल का होम पेज खुलेगा, यहां आपको “Register Yourself” का विकल्प चुनना होगा।

• अब आपके मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल पर ओटीपी आएगा, आपको यहां इन दोनों ओटीपी को दर्ज करना होगा।
• नोट: ईमेल और मोबाइल नंबर दोनों पर अलग-अलग ओटीपी (वन टाइम पासवर्ड) आएगा, दोनों ओटीपी डालने के बाद ही आपका रजिस्ट्रेशन होगा।
• अब आपको लिखा होगा कि आपकी पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया पूरी हो चुकी है।

• Jharsewa Status चेक करने के लिए सबसे पहले आपको Official Website पर जाना होगा।
• अब पोर्टल का होम पेज खुलेगा, यहां पर आपको “अपने आवेदन की स्थिति जानें” का विकल्प दिखाई देगा जैसे ही आप थोड़ा नीचे आ जाएंगे उसे चुनें।
• अब एक नया पेज खुलेगा यहां आप 2 तरीकों से Jharsewa Tracking कर सकते हैं।
• आपको इन 2 विकल्पों में से किसी एक को चुनना होगा, Through Application Reference Number, Through OTP/Application Details
• यदि आप पहला विकल्प चुनते हैं तो आप अपना Application Reference Number दर्ज करके झारसेवा आवेदन की स्थिति को ट्रैक कर सकते हैं।
• यदि आपने ओटीपी विकल्प चुना है तो आपको अपने मोबाइल नंबर पर ओटीपी मिलेगा, इसे यहां दर्ज करके आप झारसेवा ऑनलाइन आवेदन स्थिति ट्रैक कर सकते हैं।

• श्रेणीवार चयन करने के बाद अब आपके सामने झारखंड जाति प्रमाण पत्र ऑनलाइन फॉर्म खुल जाएगा इस फॉर्म में आपको अपनी सभी जानकारी ध्यानपूर्वक दर्ज करनी होगी।
• जाति प्रमाण पत्र ऑनलाइन आवेदन
