CU Jharkhand: The Central University of Jharkhand offers admission in various UG, PG and Integrated programs on the basis of valid scores in the Central University-Common Entrance Test (CUET) followed by counselling. To be eligible for Central University of Jharkhand PG Admission, it is mandatory for candidates to register and appear for CUET. Organized by NTA, CUET is a computer-based entrance test for admission to Central Universities. As per the availability of seats per program and the confirmation of the candidates, the university has released the final merit list 2022 for its programs after several rounds of counselling for admission, about four rounds of counselling have been done. About CU Jharkhand
The Central University of Jharkhand often referred to as CUJ also known as CUJ Ranchi is a notable newly established university established in 2009. It aims to become the top university which can be proved by the achievements it makes in the years to come. The fundamental idea of being at CU Jharkhand is to be open to change in education and research and help the university achieve flawless transitions in education year after year. The focus on studies that are relevant to the present and emerging conditions is what gives the program of Central University of Jharkhand (CUJ) an advantage that it is lagging behind its competitors.
A larger and more impressive campus spread over 524 acres has been given to Cheri Manatu University. Cheri Manatu University is not yet fully operational due to difficulties encountered in the school development process. But, since its inception, the university has been operating with its own temporary, sprawling eco-friendly campus of 45 acres in Brambe.

The hostel in CUJ is full of facilities. The hostels are divided into separate blocks for boys and girls, and each block has its own mess and hall. However, girls are given rooms on a shared basis. The total capacity of student accommodation in the hostel has currently reached a staggering number of students. Laboratories
There are several laboratories on campus that students can use for a variety of classes. Laboratories vary from core science laboratories, such as physics, and chemistry life science laboratories, to engineering laboratories, such as water treatment laboratories as well as solar thermal laboratories. There are 16 laboratories which are functioning and have the required resources. A full list of the 16 laboratories can be found below. However, only 12 of them are research laboratories.

Gym and sports
Presently there are eight different sports streams available at the Central University of Jharkhand. Each discipline properly supported, and more importantly, there are permanent instructors to assist the students. Suitable gym facilities and yoga centres are also available for sports as well. Outdoor sports are football, hockey, cricket, badminton, volleyball and basketball. Indoor sports are Gymnasium, Table Tennis, Wushu and Yoga.
Cafeteria
The cafeteria currently has a capacity of 150 chairs. Apart from living in the cafeteria, college students also create problems regarding their hostels.
Library: CU Jharkhand
Students in universities have access to all electronic books from Library Central. Along with e-books, students also receive university-issued e-books from foreign universities using software offered by the school. Along with all these, the university provides research papers, journals as well as books and theses to the students through the library. Self-service offered by the Government of India is also accessible to students.
Transportation: CU Jharkhand
The university currently has eight full-sized buses that travel between Ranchi Central and the campus in five different modes for pick-up and drop services.

Placement Cell provides placement assistance every year. The average salary in CUJ is 4.25 lacs. In the past, the salary package has ranged from 1.8 lakhs to a peak of 9.4 lakhs.

Admission to all the courses is done on the basis of students’ performance in the CUCET exam.
To be eligible for MA, M.Sc., M.Com, MBA, M.Tech and LLM courses, candidates must have graduated from the appropriate stream.
Candidates must have completed Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Science/ Social Science/ Humanities to be eligible for B.Ed. Entry.
